At Vinayaka Corporation (VC), we take pride in delivering premium-quality dry fruits and spices. Please read our Refund & Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery within India: Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on location.
- International Shipping (including EU): Delivery may take 10–20 working days. Customs clearance may add delays.
- Shipping Charges: Displayed at checkout before payment. International customers are responsible for customs duties/taxes in their country.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
2. Refund & Replacement Policy
Since our products are perishable, refunds are only available under the following conditions:
- If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send details with photos to [your support email].
- Once approved, we will either:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially used products.
- Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they are not shipped yet.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
